The purpose of the Church usher is to promote the divine worship of the Church, to render service of any kind effectively.  There must be some preparation made.  The Usher Board shall serve to provide for the comfort of visitors and members, to assist during any religious service or program held at the Church, to assist with offering and escorting visitors during services and programs; and to maintain order and discipline during Church programs and worship services, “Let all things be done decently and in order” (I Corinthian 14:40).  The Usher should be timely, spiritual, dependable, and willing to serve when called upon.
